“Therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale.”

Hi, I’m Nicolee. I help people slow down, make sense of what they’re feeling, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy.

Many people come to therapy believing they should already know how to handle what they’re going through. They tell themselves they should be stronger, calmer, or more certain than they feel.

But being human means experiencing uncertainty, stress, change, and emotion. Sometimes life moves faster than our ability to process it. Sometimes old patterns quietly shape how we show up without us realizing it.

Therapy creates space to slow down and understand those experiences with curiosity instead of judgment.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be. It’s to help you reconnect with who you already are beneath the noise, expectations, and overwhelm.herapy creates space to slow down and understand those experiences with curiosity instead of judgment

Why I became a counselor

I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories. Long before becoming a therapist, I noticed how powerful it was when someone felt genuinely heard, not analyzed or fixed, just understood.

I chose this work because I believe meaningful change happens through connection. When we feel safe enough to explore our thoughts and emotions openly, we begin to see ourselves differently. And from that understanding, growth becomes possible.

My approach is grounded in both professional training and deep respect for each person’s unique experience. Therapy, to me, is not about having all the answers. It’s about creating a space where questions can exist without pressure and where change unfolds naturally over time.

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and human.

What It’s Like to Work Together

Clients often describe our sessions as conversational, supportive, and grounding.

You won’t be expected to perform or present a perfect version of yourself here. Some days you may come with clear goals. Other days you may not know where to begin, and that’s completely okay.

Together, we:

  • explore patterns with curiosity rather than criticism

  • develop practical tools you can use in everyday life

  • build emotional awareness and confidence

  • create space for honesty, reflection, and growth

Therapy moves at your pace. There is no “right way” to do it.
