Hi, I’m Krista, a licensed counselor passionate about helping people feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices, while always honoring your unique story.
I specialize in working with anyone navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, and the pressures that come with growing up. Therapy gives you a space where you don’t have to filter yourself, have all the answers, or pretend everything is okay. You can show up exactly as you are.
My style is laid-back, supportive, and genuine. I want therapy to feel like a safe place where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you, build practical coping tools, and help you feel more in control. I use CBT and connection-focused approaches, but most importantly, I focus on what works best for you and your individual needs.
The first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out right away.
